The Fire and Dynamite Catering Company is based in Taupo to cater events around the Central North Island and beyond!

We run a custom installed offset smoker on the back of a little Japanese fire engine. You may find us at the Taupo market on Saturday Mornings specialising in Premium Game meats such as Wild boar and Curried goat!

Pitmaster Richard Atkinson has many years of experience as an international chef and has traveled far and wide tasting some of the worlds finest foods and sauces. Low and Slow became a preferred style and he has developed his own signature rubs to compliment the flavours imparted by woodsmoke and charcoal.

Shop orders are usually shipped the following working day 3-5 Working days an average, Please allow a bit extra for rural,/remote areas. All orders are manually packed and shipped to order by myself, and if I am away for more than a couple of days, I will endevour to advise shipping times at checkout.
